Verum Valuation Group is an independent valuation advisory firm. We have no ownership interest, financial stake, or advisory relationship with any party to the transactions or engagements for which we provide valuations, unless explicitly disclosed in the relevant engagement letter.
Valuation reports, investment committee memos, and all other deliverables produced by Verum Valuation Group are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. Nothing we produce constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, or a solicitation of any transaction. Clients should consult qualified legal, tax, and financial advisors before making any investment decision.
All valuations reflect conditions and information available as of the valuation date stated in each report. Market conditions, business performance, and other factors can change materially after the valuation date. Verum Valuation Group accepts no responsibility for changes in value occurring after the stated valuation date.
Valuation reports and related deliverables are prepared exclusively for the use of the client named in the engagement letter. Distribution to third parties requires prior written consent from Verum Valuation Group. Unauthorized distribution does not extend any duty of care to the recipient.
Verum Valuation Group does not provide audit, assurance, tax filing, or accounting services. Our work is limited to independent valuation advisory. ASC 820 and IFRS 13 references in our deliverables describe the measurement frameworks applied — they do not constitute audit opinions.
